In 2019, I became a partner and co-owner of The Management Women, combining my experience in real estate and property management with Susan’s. My expertise includes buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties in New York since 2013. Building trust, loyalty, and transparency within my team is essential to me. I aim to expand our network for stress-free investment options.
Before property management, I developed a successful business and enjoy making a difference through business relationships and personal growth. I prioritize creating a personalized plan for each client to make the real estate process easy and efficient. Staying informed on the housing market and New York laws is a commitment of mine. Susan Licata
Partner and Co-Owner
Raised in Brooklyn, NY, I have built my career in property management, starting as an office assistant in 1986 and eventually becoming the Executive of Operations. As a co-owner of The Management Women, I bring extensive experience and certifications, including Nationally Certified Property Manager and Notary Public, to help you turn your property into a successful investment.
With a deep passion for community and connections, I have a meticulous attention to detail and streamline processes for efficiency. My goal is to maintain value and grow your income, and I am equipped to handle any property management challenge. In my free time, I enjoy baking family recipes, self-care, and caring for my rescued pets.
